This may include for example your name, contact details, profile picture, driver’s licence information, information relating to your use of the App (for example route, date and time, start and finish locations, distance travelled and speed) and, when you are running the App in the foreground or the background (App open but not on-screen), live geo-location data.
We may also use your personal information to improve our services, to send you direct marketing (with your consent or if otherwise permitted by law) and for other purposes as permitted by law.
We may disclose your personal information to others, for example to Tourboss Platform Subscribers and Tour Hosts (as defined in our Privacy Policy), as necessary for the above purposes or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
